Impact Project
The aim of the Impact Project is to help us understand the impact that our donor milk is making for infants suffering from HIV/AIDS, malnourishment, poverty and disease in South Africa. Dr. Maria Rinaldi, in partnership with the milk banks in South Africa and the Mayo Clinic Department of Medicine's Program in Global Health lead this ongoing project. Their research findings were published in a peer-reviewed journal in 2009.
