Amanda Nickerson, Executive Director
Amanda has been working in the non-profit sector since graduating from Ithaca College with a Sociology degree. She has extensive experience in non-profit fundraising, event planning, program development and marketing. She has held management positions for various non-profits, including the American Cancer Society and the American Red Cross. Most recently, she served as the Associate Director of the American Cancer Society’s Miami-Dade Unit. Amanda currently resides in South Florida with her husband and two girls, Taylor, 2 and Alexa, 9 months. Prior to joining the IBMP as the Executive Director, Amanda served as both a milk donor and volunteer. |

Angelina White, Outreach Coordinator
Angelina White has a Bachelor of Art degree from Northern Illinois University. White is currently a proud stay-at-home mom of two little ones. After learning about IBMP on the Oprah show in October 2006, White knew that she had to become involved. The IBMP vision touches her heart. Vanessa Shipp, Director of Donor Outreach
Vanessa Shipp of Sacramento, CA has a BA in Marketing,
International Studies and Spanish from Truman State
University. In addition to helping International Breast Milk Project,
Vanessa works as the Running
Outreach Coordinator for the Blue Planet Run
Foundation where she is charged with developing unique
running programs, affording runners the opportunity to
raise awareness and funds for clean water projects. A
competitive triathlete and gardening enthusiast, she
loves to explore Northern California on foot and bike

Frederique Daniel, Volunteer Director of Communications Frederique Daniel has an Anthropology and Economics degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and an MBA with a focus on International Marketing from the University of Adelaide in Australia. Originally from France she moved to the United States at the age of 13 and has lived, studied and worked overseas in several countries including rural Nepal, Australia and Canada. Until 2007 she worked at Mayo Clinic in the role of International Marketing Consultant but is now a full-time mom to her 16 month old son Hugo. She currently lives in Rochester, Minnesota with her husband, son and 2 Bernese Mountain dogs. |

Meagan Geisler is a veteran of the New York City advertising business. She became a milk donor in 2007 and has followed the cause ever since. Meagan is thrilled to help Jill and IBMP with marketing and ad related initiatives. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and 2 children. |

Maria Rinaldi, Volunteer Director of Research
Maria Rinaldi has an Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from Tufts University in Boston, MA and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Maria is currently completing a PhD degree in Epidemiology from the Department of Epidemiology and Community Health at the University of Minnesota. Maria is working in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic Department in Internal Medicine Program in Global Health on a research project to document the health benefits of breast milk as compared to formula in HIV exposed premature infants in South Africa who are receiving IBMP donated breast milk. Maria is from Rhode Island and now resides in Rochester, MN with her husband, Carmen, 16 month old son, Joseph, and her pug, Minne.
